The Newly Designed Swiveling Head
The Xtirpa™ engineering team has put all its expertise and knowledge to work to design a 360° swiveling head that allows the X-TRAK-R to operate in any direction—making this mast hoist the most flexible confined space safety solution on the market. The head angle can also be adjusted to suit any working environment. The X-TRAK-R head is also equipped with multiple restraint anchor points to secure the system in all directions.
Reach Heights of 122.8″ (3120 mm) with Hoist Extensions
The X-TRAK-R was developed with Xtirpa’s signature modular design, allowing users to reach heights of up to 122.8″ (3120 mm) with a maximum of three optional A2557-25 extensions. All extensions are equipped with the new locking pins, making assembly faster, easier, and safer.
The New Locking Pins
The locking pins are another groundbreaking innovation integrated into the X-TRAK-R mast hoist system. These pins are easily inserted and secured by simply pushing them into place, making system assembly even safer and quicker.
Easier System Angle Adjustment
A unique locking pin system has been installed to adjust the angle of the mast hoist’s T-stabilizer. Release the locking pin and adjust the stabilizer angle (+/- 30°) to fit your working conditions.
Adjustable SRL / Winch Mounting Bracket
Another innovation exclusive to the X-TRAK-R mast hoist is its adjustable bracket adapter. With a spring-secured pin, you can move the SRL/winch bracket to any desired position along the top rail of the hoist, facilitating rescue and retrieval operations.
Adjustable T-Stabilizer Height at the Push of a Button
Adjusting the X-TRAK-R T-stabilizer height is effortless. With a simple push of a button, you can now raise or lower the entire system to the desired height—ten adjustment intervals are available.
Secure the X-TRAK-R at Any Point
To ensure team safety, the X-TRAK-R is equipped with multiple restraint anchor points—both around the swiveling head and on the rear of the system. They are designed to secure the structure when used in specific work configurations, e.g., +/- 90° relative to the entry point.
